Terms and conditions

ResellPicks is a private club for buying vintage, second-hand and bulk-lot pieces, run by the ResellPicks team (geral@resellpicks.com).

Membership is by invitation or approved request. One invitation gives one account, which is personal and non-transferable.

You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for access to that email.

We may suspend an account in case of fraud, abuse of offers, duplicate accounts or breach of these terms. If you think it was a mistake, contact us.

The price shown on each piece is the final price. Shipping, the estimated lead time of each shipment and the total show before you pay. Payment goes through Stripe; returns follow the Returns and refunds page.

Discounts and promotional credits are not cash: they can't be withdrawn or transferred and only apply under each offer's conditions.

Every active member can create single-use invitations for friends, within the limits shown in their account. One invitation gives one account. You can't invite yourself or create extra accounts.

The person who invites earns credits for the friend's first eligible purchase, according to the tiers in force (for example, €5 for purchases from €50 to €99.99). What counts is the amount paid for products, after discounts and excluding shipping. Signing up earns nothing.

The reward stays pending until the order is delivered and the return window shown in your account has passed. If the purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded before then, the reward is cancelled or adjusted.

Credits are used as a discount on ResellPicks purchases (never on shipping). They are not money: they can't be withdrawn, transferred between members, or used outside the platform. Credits used on an order that is fully refunded go back to your account; other cases are reviewed by the team. Credits don't expire.

We may manually review, hold or cancel rewards when there are signs of abuse (duplicate accounts, self-invitations, artificial purchases), always with human review. We may change or end the programme; rewards already pending follow the rules in force when they were earned.

Portuguese law applies. For consumer disputes you can turn to the Portuguese National Centre for Consumer Arbitration (CNIACC, www.cniacc.pt) or the Portuguese electronic complaints book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt).
