Returns and refunds

For distance purchases you have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason (Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014). Tell us by email at geral@resellpicks.com.

We refund within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item doesn't match its description.

Items carry the legal guarantee of conformity (Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021). For used items, the condition is described on each product and the guarantee applies under that decree-law.
